Two simultaneous painting going on
For the next several weeks I’ll be working on two paintings at the same time, alterneting days. One will be a portrait and the other will be the figure. Same model, Erin. Here are the layins:

New figure painting
I primed a piece of portrait linen with acrylic gesso and taped it to a board. Session 1: Block in for a new figure painting. Paint is applied as a thin wash. Session 3: Opaque color proceeding. Finish!
